Seamless, Split-Screen Workflows
Say goodbye to endless clicking and full-page redirects! We have rebuilt our core workspaces to keep you focused and efficient:
Job Details View: Clicking any job now opens a clean 50/50 split view. You will see your job details on the left, and your candidate tabs (Applicants, Suggested, Shortlisted, Invited) easily accessible on the right.
Find Talent Drawer: When browsing candidates in the sourcing workspace, clicking a profile now opens a 50%-width slide-over drawer on the right side of your screen. You can seamlessly use your keyboard's left and right arrow keys to move between candidates without ever losing your search filters.
Stand Out with "Partner Pick"
We want to ensure your roles catch the eye of top talent. All active Partner job listings are now exclusively branded as a Partner Pick.
These listings are instantly recognizable by a special teal gem icon and accent.
This branding serves as a clear signal to candidates that the role comes directly from a vetted Obsidi® employer.

We are thrilled to introduce enhanced capabilities for Sage, your AI co-recruiter.
Right on your dashboard, the new Sage Says feature provides AI suggestions tailored to your open jobs, highlighting candidates to review and recommending next actions.
Once enabled on an active job, Sage continuously searches, ranks, and surfaces candidates for you.
Sage even drafts outreach messages and flags activity that needs your attention.
